Silence Kills, Part 2
Pastor Mark reflects on current events about persecution of Jews and Christians and/or how Christianity is affected by surrounding cultures, and in particular ISIS and the recent attacks in Brussels. We are commanded to not be silent about our faith despite societal pressures to be quiet. This sermon ties this into King Xerxes and how his wife denied him for his sinfulness, and how the silence of his advisors implicitly strengthened King Xerxes and his sinful nature and solidified his standing for the sake of maintaining cultural norms.
Sermon on 3-30-16.
